How do I use the Adjustable Strap?

Setup the device

Remove the modules from the dock, and mount into the strap. You'll hear a click when the module is mounted firmly in place.

Step 2

Choose Your Setting

Using the quick-release system, you can unclip, rotate, and reattach the modules in different orientations to fit your body and target pain from any angle.

Step 3

Secure the strap

Wrap around the area to be treated, and secure with the quick release clip. Tighten or loosen the straps to ensure a comfortable fit.

Start your treatment

Significantly increased my healing time and eliminated my pain
I have been recovering from a stress fracture/bone bruise in my right knee for many weeks now. Months earlier as the tightness around my knee increased and I was losing mobility to fully bend it without pain, I finally got an MRI. (2 months prior my X-rays did not show anything, so I continued to stay extremely active, but the pain would keep me up at night.) My doctor's protocol was crutches and no impact for 4-6 weeks. I did lots of homework on healing and recovery and came across many devices that recommended red light therapy. I was all set to buy another device when I came across a You Tube video from Alex Fergus who was doing a review for Kineon Move+, and I am so happy I did! I purchased the Kineon device over other devices because of the benefit of the laser therapy along with red light. I wanted the best device to reach the bone as only a laser can do and start the healing. I began using for 15 min at a time, twice a day. I didn't feel anything significant right away, but about 1 week into using, I woke up and realized it was the first time in over 2 months that I slept through the night without pain in my knee waking me up. As I continue to use it, my pain is about 95% gone, the mobility/flexibility in my knee is hugely improving and I was just cleared to ditch the crutches after 4 weeks. Rest was a crucial part of my healing for sure, but I am pretty convinced that my Kineon Move+ has dramatically sped up my healing and took away my pain. When you can't…
