I purchased the Kineon “The Move + Pro” for my son who is an amputee. Unfortunately due to other complications from a rare condition he has, he was unable use it successfully. True to their guarantee, we were able to return it for a full refund. They were so kind and understanding of the circumstances surrounding his condition, and we were very sad he was unable to tolerate this due to the many neuromas in his residual limb. He has worked with many amputees who don’t have the condition he has (from birth) and believes for a “normal” amputee, this device will be a game changer and is sharing the information from the clinical trials with his former patients.
