How do I use the Adjustable Strap?

Setup the device

Remove the modules from the dock, and mount into the strap. You'll hear a click when the module is mounted firmly in place.

Step 2

Choose Your Setting

Using the quick-release system, you can unclip, rotate, and reattach the modules in different orientations to fit your body and target pain from any angle.

Step 3

Secure the strap

Wrap around the area to be treated, and secure with the quick release clip. Tighten or loosen the straps to ensure a comfortable fit.

I did not know how to purchase additional straps for my Kineon, I emailed Customer Service and they promptly and professionally answered my question and gave me all the sufficient information I required to be able to purchase my additional strap.

Exceptional Product & Support!
We’ve been a fan of red light therapy or more broadly photobiomodulation for a while now.  So much so we have several panels, in addition to the Move+ Pro.  I consume research on the topic and have communicated with university professors behind such to clarify findings, and address questions.  I am sold on the tech.
I purchased the Move+ Pro about a year ago and while I use it on an as-needed basis (reactively), mostly on my hips, our two daughters use it on a daily basis, mostly in a proactive manner.  They are competitive runners, now both in high school.  They have both competed in the US Cross Country Junior Olympic Championship and the youngest recently competed at the Nike Outdoor Nationals for middle school in the 800 meters.  She got a PR and finished in the top third nationally.  The oldest, now a junior, broke 4 school records her first two years (800, 1600, 3200 and a XC course).  I imagine that’s enough to indicate that they are serious and fairly accomplished runners.
Being new to running as high school began, the oldest dropped hoops and went all-in on running.  She ramped up her miles and intensity, way too fast, and often found herself injured.  Lessons are often learned the hard way, especially at a young age, but she has since become quite knowledgeable and really “listens to her body.”  They both believe that they are experiencing fewer injuries and even the niggles before injury onset, because of their frequent, twice a day use of red light and NIR light…

For some strange reason I did not recieve my MOVE+ Pro
I don't know why this occurred, but I found a program to help me with inflammation. When I couldn't locate a tracking I emailed Kineon to cancel my order. They did this within a matter of hours. I was nervous that nothing would happen. So I am so pleased that they refunded my order. If I need a more portable infared device, I will most definitely order from Kineon. Both my sister and brother ordered one and they are getting tremendous relief!!
