The new Adjustable Strap 3.0 is fully compatible with all MOVE+ devices shipped in 2023 and 2024. No upgrade or device replacement is needed. Just clip it in and go—no tools or Velcro required.

How do I use the Adjustable Strap?

Getting the most out of your MOVE+ PRO is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps to integrate the strap into your daily routine and feel the benefits of its targeted relief.

Step 1

Setup the device

Remove the modules from the dock, and mount into the strap. You'll hear a click when the module is mounted firmly in place.

Step 2

Choose Your Setting

Using the quick-release system, you can unclip, rotate, and reattach the modules in different orientations to fit your body and target pain from any angle.

Step 3

Secure the strap

Wrap around the area to be treated, and secure with the quick release clip. Tighten or loosen the straps to ensure a comfortable fit.

Step 3

Start your treatment

Press one of the power buttons to start your treatment. To cycle between treatment times, just hold down the power button for 3 seconds. Now just sit back and enjoy the pain-relieving benefits.

I can't live without my MOVE+
I got my MOVE+ back in early 2024 and it's been a constant companion since then.
I use it on my knees to repair old cartiladge and meniscus injuries, I use it on my back as needed, and the best use I've found is across my forehead! It clears brain fog like nothing else!
We have even used it on our dog when he hurts his hind legs (he's a pitty/staffy and too strong for his own good sometimes) and he's always bounced back fast with lasers plus arnica after an injury that could have otherwise been a costly vet visit and suggestions for surgery.
All in all, I can't and won't live without the MOVE+ and have recommended it to dozens of friends, family and health coaching clients. Thanks Kineon for making awesome products!

Looking forward to a great product
I was blessed to be a winner of the Kineon Relief + therapy system. I work in medical field service and am up on ladders and under equipment all day long.
