How do I use the Adjustable Strap?

Getting the most out of your MOVE+ PRO is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps to integrate the strap into your daily routine and feel the benefits of its targeted relief.

Step 1

Setup the device

Remove the modules from the dock, and mount into the strap. You'll hear a click when the module is mounted firmly in place.

Step 2

Choose Your Setting

Using the quick-release system, you can unclip, rotate, and reattach the modules in different orientations to fit your body and target pain from any angle.

Step 3

Secure the strap

Wrap around the area to be treated, and secure with the quick release clip. Tighten or loosen the straps to ensure a comfortable fit.

Start your treatment

Press one of the power buttons to start your treatment. To cycle between treatment times, just hold down the power button for 3 seconds. Now just sit back and enjoy the pain-relieving benefits.

Great product!
This is the real deal and works great for recovery. I had knee surgery a few years ago and a shoulder that gets really tight. A friend of mine offered to let me try their MOVE+ and I ordered one the next day. It’s a game changer. Bonus: Great customer service!

Recovery Tool That Actually Gets Used
As the owner of CNP Performance & Recovery, I’ve used the Kineon MOVE+ personally and with clients as part of a broader recovery strategy. Support staff are outstanding!
I purchased a MOVE+ (in truth, I accidentally purchases TWO of them), and Mariella immediately responded to let me know I could return the second unit if I'd like. AND - even though the devices haven't yet arrived, Mariella and their staff provided a very clear and seemingly personalized plan for my various athletic overuse injuries I'm hoping to treat with the MOVE+. Mariella is a credit to Kineon's operation and is extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If the device works as well as the customer support I've received so far it will be a terrific and very worthwhile purchase! I rated the "Results" section a 3 only because the device hasn't been delivered yet. Fingers crossed!!
