How do I use the Adjustable Strap?

Getting the most out of your MOVE+ PRO is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps to integrate the strap into your daily routine and feel the benefits of its targeted relief.

Step 1

Setup the device

Remove the modules from the dock, and mount into the strap. You'll hear a click when the module is mounted firmly in place.

Step 2

Choose Your Setting

Using the quick-release system, you can unclip, rotate, and reattach the modules in different orientations to fit your body and target pain from any angle.

Step 3

Secure the strap

Wrap around the area to be treated, and secure with the quick release clip. Tighten or loosen the straps to ensure a comfortable fit.

Start your treatment

Press one of the power buttons to start your treatment. To cycle between treatment times, just hold down the power button for 3 seconds. Now just sit back and enjoy the pain-relieving benefits.

    Arthritic Knee

    After 3 weeks of daily therapy my osteoarthritic knee is pain free and the swelling is half what it was. I had been doing PT exercises with some success but nothing has helped the inflammation for years until the Move+!

    Repair question. Tendonitis

    I had an issue with my Kineon and they advised Nebo to solve the issue. Case closed! Thank you Kineon the red light therapy solved my tendonitis issue when no other therapies did. My Kineon Red Light Therapy worked and I’m tendinitis pain free.

    As a PT and an elite master’s triathlete I use this daily on whatever body part is talking to me. Recently the strap broke and they replaced it instantly - you have to love the customer service!!

    The real deal

    You never know when you buy online. If it’s something that works or not, or if there is a problem, will they fix it or not. First of all - it works - I wanted one for joints. I have used it on my shoulder, where sometimes my hand will go numb when driving long distances. That’s gone. I have inflammation in it from an old injury. Also my knee - I used it having ACL surgery many years ago and injured not recently, I have used it daily and it is getting better. You neee the movement deep within the joint, I can actually feel that happen. I do longer 15 minutes with my knee and move it again for another 15 min session. I can feel the pressure getting released as it pushes out the fluid. Lastly, one of the pods wasn’t working correctly, they rectified that as well. It’s worth it. I’ve used it anywhere I am sore.
