I just received my product and wow… my range of motion in my shoulder front/back rotator cuff has increased with the first session!! The only thing i would complain is that my strap seems like it is missing the velcro? I have to fight to keep the strap on?

I am giving Kineon 5 stars for their customer service. I have had my unit less than 1 month when I started having problems. The units were not syncing. After some videos that I sent trouble shooting, they agreed to sending me a new unit. Nice to know the company stands behind their product and it was not too difficult of a process. It is too early to tell what kind of results I am getting with using this though. I purchased mainly for joint pain.
