How do I use the Adjustable Strap?
Step 1
Setup the device
Remove the modules from the dock, and mount into the strap. You'll hear a click when the module is mounted firmly in place.
Step 2
Choose Your Setting
Using the quick-release system, you can unclip, rotate, and reattach the modules in different orientations to fit your body and target pain from any angle.
Step 3
Secure the strap
Wrap around the area to be treated, and secure with the quick release clip. Tighten or loosen the straps to ensure a comfortable fit.

Start your treatment
Press one of the power buttons to start your treatment. To cycle between treatment times, just hold down the power button for 3 seconds. Now just sit back and enjoy the pain-relieving benefits.

After 3 weeks of daily therapy my osteoarthritic knee is pain free and the swelling is half what it was. I had been doing PT exercises with some success but nothing has helped the inflammation for years until the Move+!

It has been about 4 weeks ny husband has been using it and maybe 2 weeks for me. It is very versatile easy to move from one place on the body to another. I love the fast charging and its very easy to pop them back in and start using again. We are both feeling some relief in our joints already. We use it on our hands, wrists, knees, ankles, and feet. We are still trying to figure out the extender strap for back and shoulder.

Out of the box I liked what I saw! The clever and simple way it can be rearranged to fit so many different parts of the body while targeting the light, with little or no light spillage; with the modules sitting directly on the surface of the target area the light generated is able to be directly taken up by the tissues.
While taking the time to sit and chill while the light does its thing is of course the best option, it can also be worn while doing other things... I sometimes strap it on my knee while driving or while doing online meetings.
I took the plunge to buy the Move+ when my knee started playing up, I use the Move+ together with dry kneedling and Qigong over a the 4 weeks I have had the Move+ — I have found I can run again if I need... still taking it easy but it has much improved. I also use it on an old ankle dislocation — that will take longer to show benefits but red light makes sense and red light right on the tissues makes even more sense!
The hardest part is restricting its use to only 10-15 mins 2 x per day. I have many other parts that would love some red light assistance!
