How do I use the Adjustable Strap?

Getting the most out of your MOVE+ PRO is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps to integrate the strap into your daily routine and feel the benefits of its targeted relief.

Step 1

Setup the device

Remove the modules from the dock, and mount into the strap. You'll hear a click when the module is mounted firmly in place.

Step 2

Choose Your Setting

Using the quick-release system, you can unclip, rotate, and reattach the modules in different orientations to fit your body and target pain from any angle.

Step 3

Secure the strap

Wrap around the area to be treated, and secure with the quick release clip. Tighten or loosen the straps to ensure a comfortable fit.

Start your treatment

Press one of the power buttons to start your treatment. To cycle between treatment times, just hold down the power button for 3 seconds. Now just sit back and enjoy the pain-relieving benefits.

Arthritic Knee
After 3 weeks of daily therapy my osteoarthritic knee is pain free and the swelling is half what it was. I had been doing PT exercises with some success but nothing has helped the inflammation for years until the Move+!

My second Move +
Hooray! After using the Move + for 3 weeks and feeling such great pain relief, I decided that, since I have many joints that need pain relief and it takes lots of time each day to get to them all, having another Move + would be a big help! Thus, I wrote to Kineon seeking a teachers discount, which they kindly gave me. So...my second Move + arrived and is now helping with my joint pain, in half the time each day! Kineon has created the most marvelous pain relief tool, and I will never be without it! I find that I now will not need those knee shots or acupuncture or knee, thumb, or back braces. What an amazing invention - thanks, Kineon!
