When I first came across Kineon, I was skeptical. However, after reading the science behind it, I decided to give it a shot. This gadget is very high technology light tool. I have Moro light for light treatment but I have to stay one place. The Kineon attached belt allows me to move around. It says light penetrates deep under skin. I use it on my left knee and lower back everyday a couple of times. Customer service helped me to re-synchronize and reset therapy timer. The customer support is top-notch at Kineon! I had some shipping issues and they responded to me so quickly outside their business hours. Do they work 24/7? It felt like it because I waited minutes for email replies, not days.
